Returns & Replacements

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Merchandise may be returned by mail within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the following:

* Original receipt

* Packing slip

* All original packaging, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

A return authorization may be obtained by emailing pielrustika@gmail.com or calling Piel Rustika's Customer Service: 908-220-2703 or 787-667-8852 between the hours of 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time). Our customer service representative will provide you further instruction on sending your merchandise return to:

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment, less shipping cost. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a shipping charge.

The following items cannot be returned:

* Piel Rustika's Gift Cards

* Individual products purchased as part of a Gift Set (the entire set must be returned)

 

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via the same carrier that was used (USPS, UPS or Fedex) or insured mail. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to damaged items section below.

 

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect your order for any damage. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Piel Rustika's Customer Service: 908-220-2703, between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or send us an email at pielrustika@gmail.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently to our clients. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
